Appointment, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies We are committed to providing you with the best possible care through our online sessions. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and effective process for all clients: 1.⁠ ⁠Appointment Confirmation Your online appointment has been confirmed as per the details provided. Please make sure you are in a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection at the scheduled time. 2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee. This policy allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need. 3.⁠ ⁠Late Arrivals Please notify us if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be cancelled, and a cancellation fee may apply. 4.⁠ ⁠Waitlist Policy If no appointments are currently available, you may request to be placed on our waitlist. We will inform you of any openings as they become available. Appointments from the waitlist are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 5.⁠ ⁠Emergency Appointments For urgent appointment requests, please contact us directly.
